Siyata Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ:SYTA)(NASDAQ:SYTAW) (“Siyata” or the “Company”), a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) devices and cellular signal booster systems, today announced the pricing of a public offering of 50,000,000 common shares at a public offering price of $0.045 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering to the Company, before deducting placement agent fees and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $2.25 million.
The offering is expected to close on or about June 28, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
Maxim Group LLC is acting as the sole placement agent in connection with the offering.
