Maxim Group LLC Expands Institutional Sales Platform with the Appointment of Three Senior Level Executives
Maxim Group LLC, a leading full service investment banking, securities and wealth management firm announced the expansion of its Institutional Sales Platform through the appointments of David Boucher, Nick Banks and Stan Szymanski.

Mr. Boucher, who was appointed as a Senior-Vice President of Institutional Sales, brings two decades of institutional sales experience to Maxim Group. Prior to joining Maxim Group, he spent seven years at Lehman Brothers as a Senior-Vice President in the Institutional Client Services Group. Previously, Mr. Boucher was a Managing Director and Head of Sales at CE Unterberg Towbin where he covered large institutional accounts. In addition, Mr. Boucher held similar positions at Dillion Read & Company and Morgan Stanley.
Nick Banks will serve as a Vice President of Institutional Sales. Prior to joining Maxim Group, Mr. Banks spent over a decade in institutional equity sales, having begun his career at Hambrecht & Quist. Mr. Banks was most recently a Vice President at JMP Securities from 2007 to 2009 and a Vice President at Leerink Swann & Company from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Banks served as a Vice President at Natexis Bleichroeder and Neuberger Berman. Mr. Banks graduated from Lake Forest College with a BA in Economics.
Stan Szymanski will also serve as a Vice President of Institutional Sales. Mr. Szymanski began his Wall Street career in 2001 at Prudential Securities where he served as a Financial Advisor in the Special Accounts division of the Private Client Group. He later joined Wachovia Securities where he focused solely on institutional sales. Prior to joining Maxim Group, Mr. Szymanski was a Vice President at Oppenheimer & Company covering large institutional accounts. Mr. Szymanski is a graduate of the School of Management at Syracuse University.
