Maxim Group LLC, a leading full service investment banking, securities and wealth management firm today announced the appointment of Ralph L. Mr. James has over 15 years of experience as a fixed income portfolio strategist, most recently as an Associate Director in the Financial Analytics and Structured Transactions Group at Bear Stearns & Co.
