Job Description

As a member of Maxim’s Prime Brokerage Services team, the analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a number of complex institutional clients, requiring a thorough knowledge of the client’s business, portfolios and service needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform daily break reconciliation, account administration, margin review, trade processing, accounting system reconciliation and reporting.
• Perform new account opening and on boarding of clients.
• Maintain a proactive client service focus in order to meet clients’ needs and increase revenues.
• Support sales team to develop client prospects from among current customers, referral leads and other sources. Assist as point person in client pitches, provide demos and input to proposals.

Qualifications

1-2+ years related operations or client service experience
Position will require early morning, evening and occasional weekend effort. Some travel will be required.
Bachelors Degree required

Preferred Skills and Experiences

Series 7
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
