Richard Kreger
Senior Managing Director
Mr. Kreger has 13 years of experience in the finance and investment banking industries. Prior to joining Maxim Group, Mr. Kreger completed approximately $100 million of private placements as a Senior Vice President in Midtown Partners investment banking department. Prior to joining Midtown Partners, Mr. Kreger was a part of the H.C. Wainwright & Co. investment banking team. He was also the founder of Total Quality Beverage Company which negotiated for the exclusive distribution rights to new age beverage brands in the New York metro area. Mr. Kreger brings significant investment experience to the team and specializes in structuring and restructuring transactions and companies. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Vermont.
