Peter Stern
Managing Director
Mr. Stern has been an investment banker for more than 20 years. He began his career raising private equity for early stage biotech companies. Prior to becoming an investment banker, he was an account executive at Phillips Appel and Walden handling accounts of large net worth investors. Mr. Stern began his banking career at Evans and Company where his primary focus was public offerings. Prior to joining Maxim Group he was a banker at Reich and Co., H.J. Meyers and Jesup & Lamont, raising money for both private and public companies in many diverse industries such as entertainment, computer software and restaurants. He holds a BA in Economics from Queens College.
