Linda Liu

Ms. Liu has been responsible for origination and execution and has been involved in deals that collectively raised over $800 Million for various small and medium Chinese enterprises since 2002. Ms. Liu started her career as a consultant at Pricewaterhouse Cooper and worked in the firm's China offices assisting MNC clients with China entry business strategies. Ms. Liu went on to Primasia Securities of Taiwan, an associate of Nikko Securities, and was on the DBS Vickers Securities Taiwan research team where she conducted equity research. Prior to launching her investment banking career in New York, Ms. Liu spent 6 years in Hong Kong as an investment banker at JS Cresvale Capital Limited, a Hong Kong investment banking subsidiary of Jih Sun Financial Holdings, and China Everbright Capital Limited, a subsidiary of China Everbright Holdings. Ms. Liu joined Maxim in 2007 as a representative in China Business for the Investment Banking Division. Ms. Liu holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and received her BAS from Canada's York University.
