Ms. Liu started her career as a consultant at Pricewaterhouse Cooper and worked in the firm's China offices assisting MNC clients with China entry business strategies. Ms. Liu went on to Primasia Securities of Taiwan, an associate of Nikko Securities, and was on the DBS Vickers Securities Taiwan research team where she conducted equity research. Prior to joining Maxim Group, Ms. Liu spent 6 years in Hong Kong as an investment banker at JS Cresvale Capital Limited, a Hong Kong investment banking subsidiary of Jih Sun Financial Holdings, and China Everbright Capital Limited, a subsidiary of China Everbright Holdings. She was responsible for their origination and execution and was involved in deals that raised over $500 Million in total revenue for various Chinese enterprises. Ms. Liu holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and received her BAS from Canada's York University.
