Ms. Marvin's past transactional experience spans a broad range of industries within the Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisition and Private Equity realms of public and private financing, including Energy, Refining, Maritime Shipping, and Computer Hardware. More recently, her transactional experience has focused on the SPAC sector, having been involved in excess of $1.3 billion in SPAC transactions from a book runner position to date, with nearly $800 million in 2007 alone. Additionally, Ms. Marvin has been involved in over $500 million in advisory transactions. Prior to joining Maxim Group, Ms. Marvin was involved with TLC Corp., a publicly traded eye care services company (Nasdaq NM: TLCV), running the company's NYC Metro area sales and operations. Ms. Marvin earned her BS from Villanova University.
