PRESENTING COMPANY INFORMATION




Company Registration
Registration Deadline - December 16th, 2011


  • Please register your company by clicking on the "Registration" tab above. Select the "Presenting Company Registration" link and follow the instructions.
  • Each presenting company will be given ONLY three admissions (including your presenters) to the conference. All company representatives must be registered in order to attend the conference.
  • Presenting companies will have the opportunity to meet with Investors in a 1-on-1 meeting setting. As such, we request that you provide us with your availability when registering.


Company Presentation
Submission Deadline - March 19th, 2012


  • Presentation Time: 25 minutes.
  • Recommended format: 15 minute presentation and 10 minute question-and-answer period.
  • Scheduled 25 minute breakouts will follow immediately after each presentation in assigned breakout room.
  • A Speaker-Ready Room will be available for you to preview your presentation onsite.
  • All presentation rooms will be equipped with the appropriate audio-visual equipment as well as a technician to help operate the equipment. Please visit the Speaker Ready Room at least 1 hour prior to your presentation time, so you can verify the correct version and content.
  • When uploading your presentation, please title the document "[Your Company Name] Presentation."
  • Files Should be in PDF format only.
  • Aggregate file size maximum: 2MB


Webcasting

  • Maxim Group has arranged for Wall Street Webcasting (a division of the Wall Street Transcript) to provide the infrastructure for webcasting company presentations from the conference. This service is fully compliant with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations.
  • The cost of the webcast will be paid directly by presenting companies to Wall Street Webcasting. Company presentations will be available for viewing via webcast the day of the presentation, and archived up to 90 days after the conference.
  • The webcast will include the company's presentation slides. All companies will receive a dedicated link to their webcast for use in their marketing materials and websites. Customer service representatives and the technical support staff of Wall Street Webcasting will be available before, during and after the conference to work with presenting companies and individuals accessing the webcast.

Electronic Company IR Kit Materials
Submission Deadline - March 19th, 2012


  • In an effort to reduce the amount of paper used at our Growth Conference and to provide more comprehensive coverage, Maxim Group will be using electronic IR kits to distribute information on the presenting companies.
  • All attendees will be provided with a 1GB USB wallet card drive to download presenting company IR kits.
  • Each electronic IR kit will contain:
  • Core documents (Latest Form 10-K Form 10Q along with other pertinent SEC fillings) - Provided by Maxim Group
  • Recent Maxim Group research (On companies under coverage) - Provided by Maxim Group
  • Additional company materials (Press Releases, Articles, Product Descriptions, etc.) - Provided by Presenting Company
  • Maxim Group will not be providing an area to receive or store marketing materials at the hotel.


IR Kit Submission Format:

  • Files should be in PDF format only.
  • Each file should be named descriptively and should include your ticker symbol, so it is easy to identify. For example if it's a press release by Amgen on drug efficacy, please entitle it "AMGN - Aspirin safety trials". Company Symbol - Title of document.
  • Aggregate file size maximum: 2MB.


On-Site Registration

  • Our registration will take place from 7:30 am to 8:30 am on Monday, March 26th. Please register at the "Presenting Company & Sponsor Registration" table located on the Conference Level.
  • ALL company representatives must register at the conference prior to entering.
