SPONSOR INFORMATION




Sponsor Registration
Registration Deadline - December 31, 2011

  • Please register your company by clicking on the "Registration" tab above. Select the "Sponsor Registration" link and follow the instructions.
  • The number of attendees allowed is based on sponsorship level.
  • All company representatives must be registered in order to attend the conference.


Logo/ Advertisement
Submission Deadline - January, 13, 2012

  • As a sponsor, your company logo will be displayed in the sponsor section of the conference website.
  • You are provided a full page advertisement in our conference book.
  • Advertisement Specs: 1 page full color. 7 3/4 wide x 10 1/4 long. No bleed. PDF or EPS format.


Display
  • You will be provided a 6' x 30" skirted table that will be placed in the common area of the conference level. All presentations will take place on this level so there will be heavy traffic surrounding your table during the conference.
  • Due to space concerns, the hotel will not be able to accommodate any booth structures or pop-up table top displays. You will be able to bring a tablecloth or runner, a tabletop easel and sign as well as any marketing and promotional materials.


Shipping
  • You must use the below shipping label in addition to your carrier label when sending your materials to the conference. This will ensure that the hotel can distinguish your boxes when delivering them to your table the morning of the conference.
  • Please note that all incoming/outgoing shipping costs must be paid in advance by the sponsoring company. Maxim Group will incur all hotel moving and storage charges.
  • All shipments should arrive on Friday, March 23rd. Please do not send materials to the hotel prior to this date.


On-Site Registration
  • Conference Registration will open at 7:30 am. Please visit the "Presenting Company & Sponsor Registration" table prior to set up to retrieve your badge and other important conference materials.


Set Up
  • The sponsor set up time for the conference will take place from 7:00 am to 7:30 am.
  • Each table will be labeled by company. Shipments will be placed under the assigned table prior to your arrival. Please place empty boxes under the table after unpacking for storage during the conference.


Breakdown
  • You may begin to breakdown your table at 4:30pm. Please place packed, taped and labeled (with carrier labels) boxes under your sponsor table. The hotel will retrieve boxes and ship them for you.

  • Schedule of Events - Program schedule for the day of the conference. Please note that this document may be updated as we near the conference.
