Stephen Anderson is a Senior Vice President and Equity Research Analyst at Maxim Group, focusing on the restaurant and consumer sectors. He is a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business, BNN (Canada), and other media outlets. He is often quoted in the financial and trade press, and has been featured as a guest speaker at industry conferences. Mr. Anderson was recognized as one of the industry’s top-ranked restaurant analysts in 2010, ranking No. 2 in the Financial Times/StarMine survey (based on earnings accuracy) and No. 3 in The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” survey. Prior to joining Maxim Group, Mr. Anderson was at Miller Tabak, MKM Partners, and DLJ. He holds his MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
